Out-of-Warranty - Diagnostic Fee
This diagnostic fee is charged in advance of processing the repair or replacement of units determined to be Out-of-Warranty, in order to cover receiving, screening, and basic troubleshooting of the associated product identified by serial number. The fee will be refunded if repair of the identified product is authorized.
Price is per unit.
- Product serial number must be included for each unit purchased.
- Also include the RMA /Service Call Number received from Customer Support in the order notes section.
