Out-of-Warranty - Product Recovery Support Service
The fee is applicable and charged for product recovery procedures on out of warranty DragonWave equipment. These recovery procedures include, and are not limited to, password reset, management reset, default of a unit to factory settings, and bootloop recovery of Quantum modems.
This fee is not applicable if the DWX customer requires troubleshooting support. The customer must purchase customer service call support for the product serial number in question.
The Out of Warranty - Product Recovery Support Service fee may be used as a credit towards purchasing a product warranty renewal on the same serial number within 30 days. Normal product warranty renewal criteria still applies (the unit must be confirmed to be in an operational state before the warranty can be applied)
Note - product serial numbers must be included for each unit. Also, please include the Customer Support Ticket ID in the order 'notes' section.
