The fee is applicable and charged for product recovery procedures on out of warranty DragonWave equipment.

  • These recovery procedures include, and are not limited to, password reset, management reset, default of a unit to factory settings, and bootloop recovery of Quantum modems.

This fee is not applicable if the DWX customer requires troubleshooting support.   For troubleshooting support the customer must purchase product support for the product serial number in question.  See: Out of Warranty Product Support Fee

Note:  Product serial number must be included Also, please include the Customer Support Ticket ID in the order 'notes' section.
